Kingston Council has been told it needs to reduce the amount of time young people with SEND are waiting to access health services.

The results of a joint inspection by Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission has been published.

SEND stands for Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities.

Inspectors noted the council is taking action where needed and praised it for its leadership in other SEND areas.
