Investigations are continuing after two houses collapsed at Richmond Circus. The properties in Lower Mortlake Road were under refurbishment when they crumbled yesterday afternoon. The houses were reportedly being redeveloped into multiple flats. We’ve contacted Richmond Council for comment.
