The team took wins at the charity’s PawPrints awards in stray dog services, housing, kennelling and licensing of activities involving animals.
It’s the third year in a row Hounslow have won gold at the awards.
The RSPCA said the council ‘has demonstrated outstanding dedication to protecting, promoting and enhancing animal welfare’.
