Heathrow’s returned to profit for the first time since the start of the pandemic.

The airport posted pre-tax profits of 38-million pounds in 2023 – compared to losses of 684-million pounds a year before.

It saw a 28-percent jump in the number of passengers travelling through its terminals and had its busiest-ever December.
