One charge is an alleged indecent assault against a teenage girl aged 16 to 17 in Hammersmith and Fulham in 1991.
The second is an alleged sexual assault of an 18-year-old woman in Wandsworth in 2004.
The charges are in addition to those brought against him in October relating to seven women.
The 68 year old pleaded not guilty to the previous charges in December.
Detective Superintendent Andy Furphy, from the Metropolitan Police Service, said: “The women who have made reports have placed their trust in us, and we remain committed to providing them with all available support.
“Independent support is also available through Rape Crisis via its 24/7 Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Line.”
