Firefighters tackled a blaze in Sutton over the weekend. The brigade was called to a flat on Cedar Road just before midday on Saturday. It’s believed the fire was accidently caused by a faulty tumble dryer. A woman and child left the flat before crews arrived. There were no reports of any injuries.
