Epsom’s MP has been addressing concerns from residents about overcrowding at Ewell West, Worcester Park and Stoneleigh stations.

Chris Grayling says he is “pushing” South Western Railway to introduce their extra semi-fast trains across the morning peak.

However, Mr Grayling says it is his understanding that they have been delayed because of a dispute with the drivers’ union.

The MP says he has also met with Southern trains to ask them to reinstate the half-hourly Victoria service from Ewell East.
