England manager Gareth Southgate’s left Marcus Rashford and Jordan Henderson out of his provisional 33-man squad for Euro 2024.
They’ve both struggled with form this season.
Chelsea full-backs Reece James and Ben Chilwell also miss out, following injury hit campaigns.
Former England Midfielder Paul Merson says he’d have picked Rashford for his experience.
The group, which will be cut to 26 by the 7th of June, also includes Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton.
