Council tax is expected to rise by 4% in Kensington and Chelsea.

This means an average Band D property will see an increase of £41.50 on last year’s bill from April.

There will also be a 2% social care precept rise.

The authority says it plans to invest £195.6 million in the borough’s housing, schools, highways and transport over the next three years.
