Children’s services in Surrey have improved following a new government inspection.
Ofsted inspectors say children and family services carried out by Surrey County Council are now “good.”
The services received a “requires improvement” rating in 2022 following previous “inadequate” ratings in 2015 and 2018.
This year’s report praised Surrey’s social workers and said most children receive effective and responsive help and protection.
