The AELTC wants to build 38 new tennis courts and an 8,000-seat show stadium on the former Wimbledon Park golf course.

The High Court ruled last year that a Statutory Trust and Restrictive Covenants were not relevant when planning permission was granted.

Save Wimbledon Park campaign group say these findings were irrational and that the permission should be over-turned.

The hearing is expected to last two days.
