Campaigners fighting to stop Thames Water’s abstraction scheme in Teddington are gathering this morning.

They’ll meet at Burnell Avenue Open Space off Ham Lands which lies near to Ham House.

Thames Water wants to build up to six major construction sites on the green space in order to assist its scheme at Teddington.

The company says the water recycling plan is essential in order to meet demand after 2030.
