British athlete Bianca Williams says her “dream” of going to the Olympics next year is now impossible after being banned from driving for six months.

The 29-year-old, who already had eleven points, has been disqualified after failing to reveal the identity of a driver who committed an offence.

The sprinter told magistrates at Lavender Hill Magistrate’s Court in Battersea, it would be “massively inconvenient” for her to get to training, but was told she could use public transport instead.
