32 year old Tyrone Attwood, of no fixed address, was also charged earlier with one count of robbery, two counts of handling stolen goods and one count of theft of a motor vehicle.
He will appear in custody at Willesden Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
An investigation was launched after 21-year-old Rico was shot dead in Shuttleworth Road at approximately 9.50pm on the 5th of October.
A post-mortem examination confirmed he died as a result of a gunshot wound to the chest.
