As the cost-of-living crisis continues, London councils and organisations are opening warm banks to help people tackle the cold.

A warm bank (or space) is a public venue such as a library or church anyone can visit for free if they are struggling to heat their home.

The YMCA Hawker Centre and the New Malden Baptist Church are just some of the places in Kingston that are opening their doors to provide a warm space and hot drink.
