On the 9th of June, police on patrol in the area noticed Arvinder Kinra acting suspiciously.
He tried to evade officers but was eventually detained and found in possession on two swords.
He was arrested for possession of the offensive weapons, possession with intent to supply Class B drugs and assault on an emergency worker.
