Janina Marciniak-Kazarian didn’t tell the council she had a property in Poland when she applied for social housing.
She’s been sentenced to a 12-month Community Order which includes a 60-day curfew.
She has also been ordered to pay over £11,000 in prosecution costs, payable by instalments, and a victim surcharge of £95.
