It was recorded by Penny France and her husband Taigh after they decided to adopt a 2 year old golden retriever from China.
They used Harbin SHS Animal Rescue, based in the country, who flew the pup the 5,000 miles after completing a number of checks.
Penny says all they knew about Brooklyn was that he was rescued from the back of a “meat truck” at 6 months old.
