The photos, which have appeared on Facebook, involved the 71 last week.
The practice, known as “bus surfing”, is considered extremely dangerous.
Fare evasion can also incur a fine of up to £1,000 if prosecuted.
Kingston Police say they have not received any reports about the incident.
