A road in Kingston was sealed off for more than 7 hours earlier after police were called to reports of a sexual assault.

Officers arrived at the Market Place just after 4.30am and treated a 30 year old woman at the scene before taking her to hospital.

They then cordoned off Eden Street.

There have been no arrests and police are appealing for information.
