Home Office immigration officials visited The Lebanese Garden Lounge and found five staff who had no right to work in the UK.
They told investigators they were being paid well below the minimum wage with one saying he was receiving only meals and no money.
Owner, Karim Ali, was also ordered to pay Wandsworth Council’s legal costs of just under £15,000, for bringing the action.
