Royal Parks says it wants to landscape the site at Roehampton Gate to include a new car park entrance and cycling infrastructure.
A range of produce will also be on offer.
The charity is encouraging park visitors to look at the plans which will be on display at the café on the 4th, 6th and 12of the April.
