35 year old PC Jake Mullarkey was also ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and 15 rehabilitation days.
The court heard he secretly placed an electronic tracking device in the victim’s car, which he claimed was for her safety.
He remains suspended, and an accelerated misconduct hearing will take place at Surrey Police Headquarters on the 4th of August.
