A nursery in Streatham Vale is closing with immediate effect.

Lambeth Council says funding issues at Sprig Ludens means it is shutting sooner than expected.

Streatham Youth and Community Trust, the nursery provider, had previously notified parents and carers of their decision to close.

But they said that would be at the end of the summer term, in July.
