A new “Telephone Friendship” service has been launched by a charity for military veterans in Surbiton

The Royal Star & Garter cares for ex-service personnel, with dementia or disability, and their partners.

The aim of the telephone service is to provide a valuable companion lifeline to people who can’t leave their homes.
