Officers are appealing for help to find 33-year-old Steven Smith, from Tadworth, who also has links to Ewell, Surrey Heath and Mole Valley.
He’s described as around 5 feet 9 inches tall, of average build, with short brown hair.
Anyone who sees him or knows his location is asked to contact police on 101.
