A man who was due to collect his mother at Heathrow says she is in the hands of Hamas.

Today is Ada Sagi’s 75^th birthday and the family should have been celebrating at their London home.

Her 53 year old son, Noam Sagi is a central London-based psychotherapist who grew up on Kibbutz Nir Oz.

Hundreds of people have been killed there.

Noam has told a news conference that he is heartbroken.
