Police were called to reports of a man found injured in Woodbine Lane at 5:30am and they also sealed off Cheam Common Road.
Emergency services took the man to hospital for treatment and his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish how the man was injured.
