Council Environmental Health Officers visited Aaqa Charcoal Grill on Bell Road as part of a routine food hygiene inspection.
They discovered droppings on surfaces and floors and gnawed materials.
Following a court appearance, the owners were ordered to pay all legal costs incurred by the Council for bringing the action.
