Karen Eastall says she first contacted PA Housing in 2014 about the problems at her flat in Harrow Close.
These included issues with her underfloor heating system and a leak from the flat above.
She says ten years later, damp and mould are still rife in her home and she’s without a proper heating system.
Work to the balcony above Karen’s home was completed in December, however, a separate leak has since been reported.
Ms Eastall and her family have been moved into temporary accommodation while PA Housing carries out remedial work.

He says “We’re really sorry for the time it has taken to complete the repairs needed at Karen’s home and the frustration it has caused.”
