Eddie arrived at Yarm Lane Centre in North Yorkshire with a serious ear infection after being rescued from a shed in September.
Despite his loving personality, rehoming enquiries were few and far between, so the centre put out a special appeal for him back in May.
Debbie Hughes, her husband Steve and their teenage daughter Lydia adopted Eddie, after he only had one rehoming enquiry in 8 months.
