They are being considered for Chelverton and Montserrat Roads in Putney, and Vant Road, Garratt Terrace and Gambole Road in Tooting.
Wandsworth Council says cycle contraflows should increase the number or borough-wide journeys taken on foot or by bike.
If approved the measures would encourage a shift away from vehicles and improve cycling safety.
