A charity launched after the death of a teenager from Croydon has been awarded £15,000 in funding.

Daniel Spargo-Mabbs died from multiple organ failure three days after taking ecstasy at a rave in Hayes in January 2014.

The Daniel Spargo Mabbs Foundation works to support young people to make safer choices about drugs.

The awards, launched by Benefact Group, saw over £480,000 in funding awarded to 22 charities working across the UK and Ireland.
