A cat from Brentford who went missing has been found three months later in south east London.

One year old Dragon turned up at a PDSA animal charity hospital in New Cross.

The charity says they were able to reunite Dragon with his owner Elizabeth as he was microchipped.

The law on microchipping will change from Monday.

Owners found without their cat microchipped will have just 21 days to have one implanted.

After the 21 days, owners may then face a fine of up to £500.
