Matilda Cooper was diagnosed with PTSD two years ago.
Her next challenge will be to head to Blackpool in October to compete in the Miss Teen Great Britain title.
Matilda says it’s something she never thought she’d be able to do and she wants to encourage others to step outside their comfort zones.
