The teenager is alleged to have attacked the 15-year-old schoolgirl as she got off a bus last Wednesday.
He appeared at the Old Bailey earlier.
He’s been remanded in custody until a provisional trial starting on the 29th of April.
The defendant, who cannot be identified because of his age, was arrested in New Addington the same day.
