The brigade was called to Leatherhead Road after a blaze, believed to have been caused by an out-of-control bonfire, spread.
It also destroyed around 20 metres of fencing, and 21 gas cylinders were cooled and removed from the site as a safety precaution.
No one was injured.
The London Fire Brigade is urging people to take care with bonfires and follow safety guidance to prevent similar incidents.
