It follows a Counter Terrorism investigation in north London.
Roman Lavrynovych, from Sydenham, was found guilty alongside Stanislav Carpiuc at the Old Bailey, while a third man was cleared.
Lavrynovych was also convicted of further arson offences after being linked to planning and materials used in the fires.
A separate suspect from Chelsea was arrested but later found not guilty.
