Henry Arundell has been included in the starting fifteen for England’s rugby union Six Nations clash with Ireland at Twickenham on Saturday.

He’s avoided suspension after being shown two yellow cards in last weekend’s defeat to Scotland.

Henry Pollock makes his first start for the national team, while Tommy Freeman replaces Tom Roebuck on the wing and Ollie Lawrence comes in at centre.
