The Autumn Moon Festival is running from 11am-4pm, with music performances, martial arts, dancing and street food.
Visitors will also be able to take part in traditional Korean games, which inspired the hit TV show Squid Games.
Kingston and Surbiton MP Sir Ed Davey will be amongst those giving speeches across the day.
