Freddie Flintoff has praised the ‘love and compassion’ of NHS staff who cared for him after his car crash during the filming of Top Gear.
The former cricketer suffered severe injuries on a test track at Dunsfold Aerodrome in 2022.
He was air lifted to St George’s Hospital in Tooting and had to have surgery on his face.
The star admits the aftermath of the accident was the ‘lowest’ he’s ever been.
