The designs include an 8-lane swimming pool and a teaching pool as well as a four-court sports hall, studio spaces and gym.
The Kingfisher closed in December 2019 after problems with the roof were discovered and the centre has since been demolished.
The next public session is taking place tomorrow between 4 and 7pm at Everyday Church in Union Street.
