A man has died following a fire in Richmond.

Four fire engines were called to Onslow Road just after eight o’clock last night to reports of a building fire.

Part of the ground floor was damaged by the fire and a man was found in the home, pronounced dead at the scene.

The blaze is under investigation by the Brigade and the Met Police to establish the cause.
