Ikea has bought a second UK shopping centre  for an estimated £145 million. 

Its owner Ingka Group’s confirmed it will also open a store in Brighton city centre which will be its first outside of London.

The move follows the firm’s purchase of the Kings Mall in Hammersmith in January 2020.
