Authority officers have begun removing those parked in an illegal or antisocial way.
It’s after reports e-bikes have been blocking pavements, causing particular problems for those with mobility issues or prams.
The council says it has made it clear to the companies which supply the bikes that they need to step up enforcement of the rules.
