Irzan Jsufay used a parking permit belonging to a 90-year-old woman in Hertfordshire whose car had been broken into.
The 27 year old pleaded guilty to three offences of fraudulently using a blue badge with intent to deceive.
He also admitted buying the badge from an unauthorised source.
