The 21-year-old was placed in the Category B Prison in January after the former soldier disappeared following an alleged bomb hoax.
He escaped on Wednesday but was found yesterday on a bike in Northolt and was subsequently taken into custody.
Justice Secretary Alex Chalk has called the decision to move inmates a “precautionary measure” as they review security.
