With an exciting programme of theatre, comedy, cabaret, live music, family events, workshops, podcasts and more, the WAF 2025 officially launched today at Sambrook’s Brewery.
WAF 2025 is part of Wandsworth Council’s celebrations as The Mayor of London’s London Borough of Culture 2025.
Held annually, Wandsworth Fringe hopes to showcase “an incredible diversity of voices”, with a lineup of acts showing throughout the borough in June.
This year’s festival opened with a reception at the Brewery, with speeches, workshops and performances. One of the performances, The Giant Wheel, featured a 12-foot wooden wheel powered by six dancers from Autin Dance Theatre.
The Mayor of Wandsworth, Councillor Jeremy Ambache officially opened the event.
