34-year-old Mayara Ataide and 46 year old Gevaldo Tavares Dos Santos were also charged with arson with intent to endanger life.
Police launched an investigation after they were called to house fire in Glenister Park Road on Sunday evening.
A 49-year-old man was found dead inside the property.
