Police were called to Sydney Street just after midday after the suspects stole thousands of pounds worth of jewellery on Tuesday.
Three victims were taken to hospital to receive treatment after they sustained injuries during the robbery.
Their injuries are non-life threatening.
Officers are urging any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage in the area at that time to contact them on 101.
